Mr. Tribhuvan Darbari congratulates BEML for ₹842 cr mobility vehicles order for the Pinaka project

BEML has bagged an order worth ₹842 crores from the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for the supply of 330 high mobility vehicles, for Pinaka Project. Congratulating Mr. DK Hota – Chairman & Director, BEML, Mr. Tribhuvan Darbari – MD & CEO Texmaco (Adventz Group) tweeted, “My compliments to the visionary leadership of the CMD & heartiest congratulations to BEML Team for pushing Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat.”

Pinaka is a multi-barrel rocket launcher developed indigenously by DRDO for the Indian Army and produced in India by involving the public sector and private sector defence industries. The multi-barrel launcher system is mounted on the highly rugged BEML truck, popular for its off-road mobility and would provide the Indian Army with requisite maneuverability on the battlefield.
