Shri Tribhuvan Darbari is the Chairman Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Business Council Secretariat, India; Managing Director & CEO, Texmaco Defence Systems Pvt. Ltd. and Chief Executive, Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd. – a flagship Heavy Engineering and Manufacturing Global Player of the USD 3.5 Billion Adventz Group. He is also the Resident Director, Adventz Group Fertilizer Companies.

He has around 38 years of unique, rich & diversified experience in the Govt. of India, Public Sector Enterprises, Corporate Sector, including 5 Fortune 500 Companies, while holding top management positions.

While on the theme of Digital Infrastructure & Automation, it may be mentioned that Mr. Darbari has been the Vice President of Computer Maintenance Corporation (CMC), under the Dept. of Electronics/ Ministry of Information Technology, from 1993 – 2001 and thereafter, Vice President – CMC – TCS Business Synergies under the TATA Group. CMC played a unique role in executing unprecedented & landmark state-of-the-art technology projects for the Indian Railways: (i) deployment of Indian Railways Reservation System IMPRESS (Integrated Multi-train Passenger Reservation System); (ii) implementation of ARTS (Advanced Railway Ticketing System) for unreserved ticketing of the Indian Railways; (iii) freight movement mechanism (FOIS-1; FOIS-2), as well as software development and networking for monitoring of rakes and optimal utilisation of wagons, etc.
