There are high hopes that General Electric (GE) may strike a significant deal with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) to produce the cutting-edge GE-F414 jet engine in India. This multi-million-dollar agreement would mark a transformative milestone for Indian airspace. Jet engine technology is widely regarded as the holy grail of aviation, and the transfer of such advanced technology to India would be unprecedented.
