Mr. Alexander Mikhailovich Kadakin was a Russian Diplomat and Russian Ambassador to India. His first term as Russian ambassador to India was between 1999 and 2004. Thereafter, Mr. Alexander Kadakin became the Russian ambassador to Sweden in 2004 and remained in that position till he took over as the ambassador to India for a second term in 2009.
Mr. Alexander Kadakin was a member of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. He was a recipient of the Order of Friendship in 2016 and the Order of Honour in 2009.
